The Kiev City State Administration (KSCA) appealed to the Cabinet of Ministers, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) regarding the illegal change of the border of the capital and the seizure of the territory of Kiev by the Buchansky District Council. This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration.
" While the State Geocadastre is illegally delaying the introduction of the border of the city of Kiev, the Buchansky District Council unlawfully expanded the borders of Kotsyubinsky at the expense of the Kiev forests, "
It is noted that on October 20, the Buchansky District Council unlawfully decided to approve the land management project to establish changes in the boundaries of the village of Kotsyubinskoye. The limits of the village expanded from 87 to 3000 hectares due to the Kiev forests.
Kyiv City State Administration recalls that in 2012 the Kyiv City Council had already refused to approve a project to expand the boundaries of Kotsyubynsky.
" These facts testify to the illegal expansion of the territory of the village of Kotsyubinskoe, the abuse of power and the infliction of significant losses on the territorial community of Kiev, "
On September 23, the Kiev City Council has already made a decision to appeal to law enforcement officers to illegally change the limits of the capital in favor of the region. This decision was made after the Kiev Regional Council, with the submission of the Regional State Administration, approved the planning scheme for the Kiev region.. In this diagram, the region arbitrarily selects a part of the Svyatoshinsky district in the capital - Belichansky forest around the village of Kotsyubinskoe.
