Moscow does not agree with the increase in the budget of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons for the next year, said Russian permanent representative to the OPCW, Alexander Shulgin. He stressed that the budget program now provides for an increase in expenditures by 2 million 400 thousand.
