In autumn, the deputies will consider the new budget of the country, laws on improving the pension system, and legislatively implement the "May decrees" of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was told by Speaker of the lower house of parliament Vyacheslav Volodin. According to him, the autumn session is particularly difficult. "We have it short - only four months, but it will be very tense," - his words are quoted on the website of the State Duma. He noted that the instructions of the head of state have already been implemented by two thirds. According to Volodin, the State Duma will consider the budget not only for the next year, but immediately for three - until 2021.
Particularly important is the bill on the budget for 2019, because it will primarily take into account the "May decrees" of the president, the implementation of which is eagerly awaited by the Russians. Another important issue is the modernization of the pension system.
The deputies intend to adopt a whole block of bills on this topic in the near future. For this, the legislators plan "to weigh everything again, to study, analyze and reach a solution". In particular, it is necessary to study amendments to the law on pensions introduced by deputies from the party "United Russia".
