The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland has completed personnel reshuffle. This was reported on Monday, September 10, the head of the department Jacek Chaputovich. He did not hide that his goal was to get rid of employees who received a Russian or Soviet education. "The leadership of the department has been replaced by almost 100%. In leadership positions, whether in the country or in foreign missions, there are currently no people who would be on the lists of employees of the communist special services or were graduates of the Moscow MGIMO, "- quotes RIA Novosti Chaputovich. In total, 86 ambassadors and 111 directors and deputy directors of the departments of the Foreign Ministry were dismissed in the diplomatic corps of Poland this year. In most cases, vacancies were taken by people without experience and an appropriate level of knowledge. It is rumored that Chaputovich's predecessor, Vitold Vashchikovsky, was dismissed in January 2018. just because he refused to support this personnel bacchanalia. By the way, he was not a graduate of MGIMO, but a master of international relations at the American University of Oregon. But the education received by employees in Moscow, valued. But, apparently, his deputy had a more solid roof. And perhaps not Chaputovich himself is the author of diplomatic reform.
However, it is precisely known that he began preparations for anti-Russian cleansing even earlier: as deputy minister, he introduced new requirements when accepting employees for diplomatic and consular posts, significantly lowering the bar. In particular, by lowering the passing score of the internal examination so that it can be successfully passed by the graduates of the Polish diplomatic school. Everything indicates that not diplomats will be responsible for Warsaw's foreign policy, but absolutely different people.
