The chairman of the State Duma gave his vote at the polling station No. 75 in the Presnensky district of the capital. Vyacheslav Volodin talked to observers about the voting process. Violations are not fixed, they said. In 80 regions of Russia, where a single voting day is taking place today, more than 4700 elections and local referenda will take place. There will be an additional election of seven deputies of the State Duma, as well as the Russians will elect the heads of 22 regions, deputies of 16 regional legislative assemblies, heads of municipalities. Additional elections of State Duma deputies are held in six constituent entities of the Russian Federation in seven single-member constituencies:

the Amur Region (Amur Single-Mandate Electoral District No. 71), the Kaliningrad Region (Central Single-Mandate constituency No. 98), Nizhny Novgorod Region (Nizhny Novgorod Single-Mandate constituency No. 129), Samara oblast (Samara single-mandate electoral district No. 158), Saratov region (Saratov single-mandate electoral district No. 163, Balashov single-mandate electoral district th District No. 165), the Tver Region (Zavolzhsky single-mandate constituency No. 180).
