Andrei Vetluzhskikh prepared an amendment permitting trade union representatives to appear in court in the interests of a trade unionist without having a higher legal education. The amendment will be considered already at the autumn session of the State Duma.

"Another trade union amendment introduced by me," says Andrei Vetluzhskikh, "is to insure the funds in the accounts in banks (by analogy with the insurance of individuals' funds in banks to 1.4 million rubles), insurance of trade union funds on their accounts in banks.

While the profile committee of the State Duma refused to accept this my amendment on the basis of the negative position of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. Now it is necessary to prepare a separate draft law on this issue and make it in the autumn session ".
