Andrei Brezhnev was born on March 15, 1961. in Moscow in the family of the Soviet state and party figure, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade of the USSR Yuri Leonidovich Brezhnev and Lyudmila Vladimirovna Brezhneva.
