When adopting the main financial document of the country, it is necessary to take into account the budget provision of the regions. This convinced the State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin. At the parliamentary hearings on the main areas of the tax and customs tariff policy of the Russian Federation for the coming period, he urged not to put the budgetary security of the region in dependence on the availability of its own industry. "There are regions where serious economic potential is concentrated, large enterprises, but at the same time budgetary security is one of the lowest in the country. Therefore, of course, it is important for us that the budget, tax, customs and tariff policy, including those solved these tasks, "the speaker said, urging those present to make more active proposals on this topic. It should be noted that in the building on Okhotny Ryad on Monday, July 9, in addition to deputies, the first deputy chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov, the head of the Accounting Chamber, Alexei Kudrin, the head of the Federal Tax Service, the FCS, the Public Chamber, governors, chairmen of legislative assemblies, experts. Therefore, the conversation turned out to be constructive. According to Volodin, following the results of the hearings, changes can be made in the current legislation. The speaker of the Duma expects similar activity from the regions in terms of improving the pension system. "This is a very important law that aims to increase the welfare of our pensioners and should balance the pension system as a whole," Volodin stressed.. - I would like our leaders of the legislative assemblies, present in the hall, also reacted to this ". The Chairman of the State Duma recalled that the government bill was sent to the regions as early as the middle of last month.
But whether the deputies on the ground have already gone on vacation, or simply do not rush to discuss this issue, but the response from the regions of the lower chamber is almost not received. "I would like my position (Legislative Assembly) to be expressed on this issue, given that our citizens are waiting for it," said Volodin. Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers submitted to the State Duma a proposal to increase the retirement age for men from 60 to 65 years and for women from 55 to 63 years. According to the government, this will make it possible to increase payments to older people.
