Asbest MPs spoke out against raising the tariff for maintenance and repair of common property. This was reported by the Communist Natalia Krylova, who took to the streets with a single picket against this bill.
The chairman of the thought of the Asbestovsky GO, Andrei Samarin, said that in the city between the owners of the apartments and the managing companies (CC), there were problematic relations.
"Owners of residential premises must dictate their terms, and we have the opposite. For example, in a house in Lesnaya, 7 apartment owners approved a tariff of 22 rubles, and the Criminal Code does not take into account their opinion, "he said during a meeting of the Duma.
Samarin suggested that the Criminal Code should come up with its own calculations for apartment owners: "Let him go to a dialogue, explain that the janitor must be paid extra and pay a tariff that will suit everyone".
Recall that since 2011, when determining the amount of fees for the maintenance and repair of residential premises, the annual indices developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia for the relevant period. From July 1, 2017, the amount of fees increased by 4.3% compared to 2016.
