The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Pavel Klimkin, was overexcited with news from Brussels about the extension of the anti-Russian sanctions of the European Union in the Crimea and said that the time had come for "liberation" of the peninsula. This Ukrainian minister has chirped on his Twitter on Monday, June 18. "Thanks to our friends in the EU for extending the" Crimean "sanctions for another year," - wrote Klimkin. The head of the foreign ministry noted that now "we must move from the policy of" non-recognition "to de-occupation". He also proposed to include in the sanctions list "those responsible for the massive violations of human rights in the occupied peninsula and for the construction of the Kerch bridge". Thus, finally, the post-Maid leaders of the Nezalezhnaya admitted the existence of a Russian transport crossing, which until recently was called his phantom. Earlier today it became known about the decision of the Council of the European Union to extend restrictive measures against the Russian Federation until June 23, 2019. The message published on the Council's website indicates that sanctions apply to companies and individuals based in the EU territory. In particular, imports of goods from the Crimea and the export of products to the peninsula are limited, as well as investments in the region, the purchase of real estate and tourism on its territory.

Meanwhile, according to the chairman of the committee of the State Council of Crimea on the sanatorium and resort complex and tourism, Alexey Chernyak, on June 14 the number of tourists who have rested on the peninsula since early 2018 is already approaching the level of 1.5 million people.

"This is almost 26.5% higher than last year. To date, we have 409 collective accommodation facilities. The average load is more than 53%, "- quotes" Kryminform "Chernaya.
