The manager of the Southern Administrative District, Mikhail Astakhov, who was arrested on charges of taking bribes, turned out to be the richest among his colleagues. This is evidenced by data on property and income of heads of administrative districts of the Middle Urals.

Following the results of 2017, Mikhail Astakhov declared the income in the amount of 3,616 million rubles. In addition, the property of the ex-mayor of Kamensk-Uralsky three plots of land, two houses and one garage.

The manager of the Northern Administrative District Yevgeny Prein earned 2 million rubles in 2017. The same number was declared by the head of the Western Administrative District Vitaly Volf.

The manager of the Gornozavodsky district Yevgeny Kayumov earned 1.974 million rubles. The poorest was the head of the Eastern Administrative District Nikolai Klevets. His income amounted to 1.768 million rubles.

Recall, May 12, Mikhail Astakhov was detained on charges of taking bribes. According to the investigators, he favored the concluding of municipal contracts with the right firms for the kickbacks. The court sent the ex-mayor of Kamensk-Uralsky under house arrest for two months.
