The German right-wing party "Alternative for Germany" filed a complaint against Angel Merkel in the Constitutional Court in connection with the migration policy of the government.

As the lawyer AdG Stefan Brandner told Zeit, the complaint was filed in the court of the city of Karlsruhe on April 14.

AdG calls for verifying Merkel's decision to open the border with Austria for refugees, adopted in September 2015. The party claims that when developing the migration policy, the government violated the right of the Bundestag (parliament) to participate in the resolution of the issue.

"This complaint can change the world. And it will change the world if it leads to the desired result, "- said Brander.

If the court decides in favor of AdG, Merkel will have to leave the post as soon as possible.
