The head of the Pervouralsky GO was appointed deputy head of the administration for strategic planning and investment from April 27, Igor Kabets. He started the duties of deputy head of administration since December 29, 2017. Before that he worked for JSC Pervouralsky Novotrubny Plant. At JSC PNTZ he came in 1994, having first studied in PMK, then at the Ural State Technical University - UPI.

At the plant he started with a turner student and passed the labor path to the head of shop No. 2.
