From 15 sessions of the draft commission he visited only three. The powers of the chairman of the commission were fulfilled by MP Mikhail Biryukov. This "Kommersant" was told in the regional military registration and enlistment office. Meanwhile, when Yashin found out that he had been deprived of his post officially, he was offended and declared that he had been illegally removed from office. Yesterday Yashin told Facebook he was no longer chairman of the draft commission.
