The plan reflects not only the directions for the preparation of festive events, but also a large block for the city's improvement, construction and reconstruction of social, communal and transport infrastructure, restoration of cultural heritage sites. The implementation of the plan assumes that during these five years the city must be transformed. It is necessary to conduct informational and educational work, acquainting a wide audience with the history of the city, with traditions, cultural and scientific achievements, "said Evgeny Kuyvashev.
