Kiev sent a memorandum to the International Arbitration Court, in which he noted that Moscow had violated the UN Convention. A corresponding statement was published on the website of the President of Ukraine. The document notes that "the RF violated the sovereign rights of Ukraine in the Black and Azov Seas, as well as in the Kerch Strait". The authorities of the Independent after the reunification of the Crimea with Russia constantly express their dissatisfaction. So, earlier Moscow was accused of using illegally the sovereign resources of Ukraine - fish and energy. In addition, Kiev is terribly dissatisfied with the construction of the Crimean bridge.
