Ukraine plans to impose sanctions against German companies that operate in the Crimea. This was told by the Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin. According to him, any attempts to bypass restrictions for cooperation on the Crimean peninsula should be severely suppressed. Klimkin stressed that the authorities are already working to solve this problem. However, which companies are talking about, and what they face, the politician did not say, writes the newspaper Rheinische Post. Earlier in Nezalezhnaya claimed that organizations such as Volkswagen, Adidas, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and BMW consider the Crimea to be Russian. This contradicts the policy of Kiev, which threatened these concerns "to get not only political, but also legal methods". At the same time, Klimkin repeatedly stressed that Ukraine has good relations with Germany. However, possible sanctions will spoil all contacts. In addition, Ukrainians will lose the world's automakers and, most likely, support the European Union, where the Germans play an important role.
In the interview, the Foreign Minister, of course, did not ignore the issue of relations with Russia and the supply of arms from the United States. According to him, the purchase of modern equipment from overseas will not allow Moscow to attack Ukraine.
Klimkin argues that this was exactly what happened in 2014 and 2015. Where did he get this information from?. The EU has already banned many companies from buying real estate in the Crimea, financing business, as well as making deals with local organizations.
