Fedorov explained that the residents of Kaliningrad complain to him that they are forced to pay customs duties for moving to "big" Russia. In this regard, the deputy asked to explain the validity and legality of these actions, as well as take measures to eliminate inconsistencies in the legislation. To send their stuff outside the Kaliningrad region, people have to pay a customs duty of 4 euros per kilogram, and duty-free they can carry only 50 kg.
