The court of the federal state of Saxony in Germany approved the sale of miniature gallows with the names of German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel. The court decided that the sale of these products does not constitute a crime, because the seller did not call for murder and did not threaten these politicians.

The judge took the inscriptions on the gallows not as an act of aggression, but as a "symbolic wish for political death", in which there is nothing illegal.
