After so many years of screaming that Russia threatens the security of Europe, the Europeans themselves give carte blanche to Putin. To such conclusions came the analysts of Bloomberg, having studied the idea of ??the EU to create a separate organization from NATO, the Permanent Strategic Cooperation (PESCO). Whatever they say in the European Union, PESCO will either just duplicate the command structure of the North Atlantic bloc or be its competitor. Now the united command on the European territory is ruled by the Americans. And in the case of such an aggression they expect from Russia, it is the Pentagon's representatives who will decide how to act. This domination already scares Europeans. And in the case of real military actions, they have big doubts that American commanders will take good care of their homes. There they approve of the intention of the Europeans to shell out for the collective defense forces, but they suggest sending these funds to the NATO budget, not to the new organization.
