Sverdlovsk deputies have changed the regional budget

Deputies of the Legislative Assembly of Sverdlovsk Oblast adopted amendments to the budget for 2017 and the planned period of 2018 and 2019. Budget revenues are proposed to increase by 1.9 billion rubles. Additional funds treasury will receive due to an increase in income tax on profits of organizations. By the end of the year, thanks to this, the region will additionally receive 1.1 billion rubles.

Expenses are increased by the same amount. The Ministry of Health will receive an additional 863.2 million rubles, the Ministry of Culture over-funded allocated 388.4 million rubles, another 304.4 million rubles will be allocated to the Ministry of Physical Culture. The construction and development of infrastructure in the Sverdlovsk region will be allocated 219.8 million rubles.

According to the Minister of Finance Galina Kulachenko, the region reduces the cost of servicing the national debt, "because the measures allowed to save and optimize expenses".

"To pay overdue accounts payable municipalities sent 140 million rubles," - she said.

The chairman of the budget committee, Vladimir Tereshkov, explained that the costs of servicing the public debt are decreasing due to "significant substitution of bank loans": ".

"In addition, we have a fairly stable position on the receipt of budget funds," - said Tereshkov.



Deputy Yevgeny Zyablittsev asked what stage the construction of a polyclinic in Oktyabrsky district is.

"The income part was increased, but there is no money again. The building stands, no modern equipment, "said Zyablitsev.

Minister of Health Igor Trofimov responded that there was already an appeal to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, where the issue is still being considered. By a majority of votes, the deputy adopted changes.
