Spain still could not resist the pressure of the United States, and the Criminal Division of the National Court of the country decided to extradite a Russian citizen to the Americans. Actually, he was arrested at the request of the United States. There he is accused of having created thousands of computers under the control of Kelihos, and for three years he sent out viruses, phishing emails and other spam. In America, accusations against a Russian are put forward by courts of several states. But the main thing is that some media outlets claim that the US intelligence services believe that during the last year's elections of the US president he hacked computers of opponents of Trump. The lawyer Levashov, however, another version. He believes that interest in the programmer is due to the fact that through him the Americans want to access information about Russian missiles with which he previously worked at the University in St. Petersburg. It is also known that on September 20, with the request for the extradition of Peter Levashov to Spain, the Russian side appealed, but the pressure of the United States was stronger. The programmer himself is categorically against extradition overseas.

He suspects that in the hands of the American special services his health and life will be threatened. In particular, he is afraid that, for the sake of obtaining information of interest to them, he will be stuffed with drugs.

Note that the prosecution recognizes the "merit" of a Russian.

Levashov declared "an outstanding spammer," one of the ten "worst spammers in the world". In this peculiar rating of hackers, which leads Smaphaus, Levashov was placed in sixth place.
