In the Sverdlovsk region, 15 medical institutions have accumulated a debt of 9.5 million rubles. This was announced at the meeting of the budget committee in the regional Legislative Assembly by the representative of the Sverdlovsk Ministry of Health Elena Pryamonosova.

Such a problem arose after in 2014 the privilege to release state and municipal institutions of the region from paying taxes was abolished. The management of these organizations "does not see in the documents" the amount allocated for this in the regional budget.

The funds pledged to pay taxes, state and municipal institutions of the Sverdlovsk region "do not see in the documents" after the abolition of this privilege.

Chairman of the committee Vladimir Tereshkov said that this issue is especially relevant in the field of health, because in the autumn doctors massively complained that the institutions of this sphere do not have enough money to pay the tax:.

"When we introduced the rate of 2.2 percent, the task was to make it an incentive to get rid of inefficiently used property".

Later, he proposed to meet with doctors more often to discuss this issue and explain the situation to him.
