Evgeny Kuyvashev signed a "roadmap" of measures to address the problems of defrauded co-investors and shareholders of the Sverdlovsk region. The document was sent to the federal ministry of construction and housing and communal services, so that the experience of the Middle Urals was used to develop legislative mechanisms for helping citizens affected by unscrupulous developers.

The schedule of measures to address the problems of defrauded shareholders for the third quarter, developed by the regional Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure Development, contains information on 18 unfinished construction projects. And, two houses from this list are already settled. In September, the owners of one of the two high-rise buildings of the residential complex "Berezki" in Berezovsky. 147 citizens suffered here, they waited for their apartments from the builder of JSC "BZSK-Invest" from 2014. The construction of the second high-rise complex is planned to be completed by December of this year. In Nizhny Tagil house at ul.. Udovenko, 25 delivered on August 25. HBC "Foteevo" forced 28 shareholders to wait for housing since 2008. It is planned that by the end of the year 5 more problem objects will be commissioned.

The Government of the Sverdlovsk Region and the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure Development, in particular, helped in the search for new investors, in the registration of land plots, in providing guarantees provided for by law.

Along with this, all parties to the process - both shareholders and representatives of ministries - note the lack of legislative mechanisms for responding to a quick and effective solution to the problems of citizens affected by unscrupulous developers.

In this regard, the Human Rights Commissioner of the Sverdlovsk region Tatyana Merzlyakova urged participants in the share and unit construction of housing, and those who plan to improve their housing conditions, to participate in the action on Saturday, September 16 at 13. 00 at the Labor Area. Participants of the rally plan to agree on further coordinated work with public authorities, to stimulate the development of effective mechanisms for protecting citizens at the federal level.
