Solomensky District Court of Kiev extended for two months the obligations of the head of the State Fiscal Service (GFS) Roman Nasirova regarding wearing an electronic bracelet and a pledge of 100 million UAH.

Such a decision at a meeting on Monday, June 26, voiced by Judge Taras Oksyuta, reports "Ukrainian Truth".

"The petition of prosecutors to satisfy, extend the terms of Nasirov's obligations," Oksyuta said..

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) petitioned for an extension of Nasirov's obligations for two months in the form of a pledge of 100 million UAH and wearing an electronic bracelet.

The defense of the head of the GFS noted that the application of SAP is unreasonable and groundless.

As reported by the "Observer", earlier Nasirov asked Solomensky District Court of Kiev to withdraw two prosecutors SAP, but the court refused to satisfy the petition.
