According to Alexander Litvinenko, deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, a professional discussion took place, as a result of which "the concept of the law as a whole was supported".

"Many proposals and comments have been received, most of which will be taken into account to prepare the final version of the draft, which will be submitted to the President of Ukraine for submission to the parliament," he said..

In turn, the People's Deputy prepared a bill on the termination of the ATU and the transition to a new format of resistance to Russian aggression in the Donbass.
