Somewhere a couple of years ago, there was a series of reports and articles about the re-opening of long-range, large-caliber, self-propelled artillery systems "Pion". For a while there was a small information loop, after these reports, and then everything was quiet. But we did not forget these messages and remember what they were put back into operation for. It was assumed that due to its large caliber and long-range targets, the Peonies were supposed to provide a cease-fire and unauthorized movement of the enemy's military equipment, the occupied territory. The idea was as follows. If the enemy began to work with his artillery, then there arrives "Peony". Moreover, the cause-effect relationship was to become so obvious that the enemy would lose the desire to populate.

But we have not heard about such an application of "Peonies", although there are a lot of reasons for their use, and these reasons appear daily.

We can not say for certain why we did not see these wonderful flowers in the sinuses of the terrorists, but we can guess what's the matter.

First of all, it is, of course, a question of adequate target designation. At that time, Ukraine had primitive capabilities, in this respect and simply could not ensure the effective use of such weapons. To punch at random, we have neither the right nor the opportunity. If you imagine a 110 kg "pig", a caliber of 203 mm, arriving at a distance of about 40 km, it becomes clear the price of a miss, both in the cost of the shell itself and in what he can do, do not hit the target.

But in addition, the enemy has long invented pirate tactics for shelling. They make a couple of volleys and swiftly change positions so as not to catch the "return", and their permanent positions, the enemy keeps close to residential buildings, where local residents are used as a human shield. And the most important thing was that the massive and regular use of heavy weapons would lead to an escalation of hostilities.

But today there was a message that the secretary of the RNBO, Alexander Turchinov, explained in an interview that the ATU regime had outlived itself. All the positive properties have already been used, and the possibilities are exhausted. Therefore, the time has come for more stringent actions for the liberation of Ukraine from the invader.

This suggests that the APU had the opportunity to work with sufficient accuracy to suppress any enemy activity, with minimal collateral damage. In principle, we see a simple solution to the issue of constant shelling, which is conducted by enemy artillery. Now - the 21st century and all these arts are quite clearly documented. So, shooting from under the high-rise buildings, and then - reinforced draping from the shooting site, is hardly an obstacle. Our intelligence accurately calculates the authorship of these attacks, up to the commanders of batteries and battalions. In addition, the official location of these artillery units is known. In this case, do not chase the enemy in the residential sector, and wait for his morning return to the base, and then - to send this audience to the patriarchs along with their base. The same is true with the transfer of enemy technology and personnel. We have written more than once about the fact that Debaltsevo or Ilovaysk, for which so many lives are put, are valuable as railway junctions. But if you simultaneously hit a dozen stationary objects whose coordinates are known, then the railway transport will die as a class. We are talking about a dozen - a half railway bridges, destroying which both Debaltsevo and Ilovaysk will become unnecessary luggage. By the way, it's also possible to do with automobile bridges, after which the roadways will simply die, and the maneuverability of enemy troops will fall several times.

All this is done quite easily. Given the technical means and access to space surveillance facilities, such things are quite possible to do. In addition, tests of some missiles have been completed and tests of others have come to an end, which will quite make the company "Pion" and even capable of hitting targets at longer distances.

But the most important thing is not this. Turchinov's statement was a response to Moscow's last argument - the "north wind" or the possibility of a major invasion of the Russian Federation's regular troops. Turchinov responded in this way: "Do you want problems? I have them!".

That is, Ukraine, through the lips of its secretary of the RNBO, expressed readiness for war already without fools and amendments to the hybrid. What frightened me from Moscow, and what yesterday's clueless agent of the Kremlin Gadia sounded, Turchinov himself voiced today. Moreover, he did it quite diplomatically, specifying something like this. The Ukrainian legislation presupposes the use of APU in two cases: ATU and when declaring war. As we wrote above, Turchinov believes that it's time for the ATU to pass and we need to move on to option "B". We are ready to begin the liberation of our land by all available means. It seems that the situation will change very soon.
