"These people remain citizens of Ukraine. The so-called citizenship of "LDNR" is not recognized by anyone. In addition, there are also different people living there. It can not be said that there were only solid workers left there. People live in different circumstances and situations.

Therefore, to deny them everything, probably, is also wrong. Perhaps, at least one of them will consider what opportunities Ukrainian citizenship gives them. Including the receipt of a biometric passport, "- said Vysotsky.
