"Observer" presents the second part of the interview with veteran of ATU Amina Okueva. The conversation took place a few days before the attempt on the Chechen woman and her husband, the commander of the battalion named after Dzhokhar Dudayev, in the forces of the ATU Adam Osmayev.

- From time to time, the Russian media are beginning to sing the praises of Ramzan Kadyrov, calling him Putin's most likely successor. What do you think, in the foreseeable future, not an ethnic Russian could become president of the Russian Federation?.

- I think that this is unrealistic for two reasons. First, most Russians are really very chauvinistic. For them, anyway, a good Chechen or not, for them this is a second-class man, whom they call "chock". They have, for each nationality, a nickname: "Khokhlu," "chocks," "Pindos". For all, they something came up, just for themselves could not.

Secondly, the matter in Kadyrov's personality. This is Putin's chain dog. He copes with the tasks that the owner sets him, the "nightmare" of all on the territory granted to him, and will not step back from his order. And if he retreats, he is quickly summoned and reprimanded to him. Besides, I think that he does not have enough personal qualities to outgrow the status he has: mind, wisdom. He has just a domestic trick. I think that this man lacks intellect and potential to move on.

"But with the money Putin has for him, Kadyrov has already collected an entire army of thugs who are tearing his throats.

- It's all done by Russia. If Putin were worried about Kazhirova, he would not have given him anything at all except for private security. Putin is confident that Kadyrov will not betray him and turn this army against him. I do not know how or what will happen, but at the moment I'm sure that Kadyrov is completely under control and does not have his own will, opportunities to go against Putin's will.

- Have you heard about the investigation carried out by Novaya Gazeta journalists about the massacre of gays in Chechnya? What do you think about this?.

- I have nothing to say in this situation. I find it difficult to give any comment, because this topic seems to me to be a provocation of some kind.

- Journalists?.

- I'm at a loss to say, I have not even considered this topic.

- Some ATO warriors told me that Ukraine can very soon knock militants out of the Donbass, ending this war. In particular, by the end of this year we can try to liberate Lugansk. Although our leadership has repeatedly stated that we will not use force to win this conflict. In your opinion, how can you win this war without war?.

- I think that we need to get out of this conflict by any means - diplomatic, military, and whatever else. But the fact is that besides this front, which exists in the Donbass, this stagnant conflict, in the rear of Ukraine, too, there is a war. Constantly trying to shake the situation. This, too, I refer to the war against Ukraine.

If Russia becomes silk and withdraws its forces from the Donbass, then it will be possible to finish it very quickly. Because these gangs themselves will be untenable. This gang, a bunch of stupid bandits and they can easily be cleared, planted, completely restored the region, rehabilitated the population and t.

But in no case should we forget about the Crimea. Because if Russia acts in the Donbass region as a hybrid and does not recognize its intervention, then the peninsula for them is a matter of principle. If Russia refuses to Crimea - it will be a fat point on their ambitions. And if they do not give up, it will still be a stone on their neck, because the international society does not recognize this occupation and this will always remain an act of aggression in the eyes of the world community. And we, Ukraine, too, can not forget this.

And it is very important to remember that this is the territory of the Crimean Tatars. This population has always lived there, in the first place, it is their homeland, their land. It is very important that now the leaders of the Crimean Tatar people in the person of Mustafa Dzhemilev, Refat Chubarov and others are in Ukraine, and that their point of view on this situation is unshakable.

- You correctly said that if in Russia there is only one foot in the Donbas, in the Crimea it has already settled very firmly. I have great pessimism about the chances of a return of the peninsula. What can help here? War, diplomacy, revolution in Russia?.

- With the Donbass all can be solved very easily. Why does not Russia do anything? I think that they already understood that they have nothing to catch there, but why do not they let go of these territories? Apparently understand that with the end of the war in the Donbass for them the international situation will not change. The same sanctions will remain for the Crimea.

And how to get out of this? I think that this confrontation will be as long as Russia exists as an empire. Therefore, we have only one possibility and all countries of the world should be interested in this, so that the imperial system finally turns into a normal and democratic.

For example, France abandoned its colonies when a positive-minded and understanding democratic leader came to power. Therefore, when a ruler appears in Russia, who will finally let go of his imperial ambitions, the people will understand that it is much easier for them to live this way. Russians live and develop for their own pleasure, rather than constantly torment themselves with how they would still have someone to conquer.

- How do you see the scenario of the collapse of the Russian Federation? Can it start, for example, from the Caucasus?.

- The territory of the Russian Federation is approximately 80% conquered territories. Some indigenous peoples who lived there are already fully assimilated or destroyed. The North Caucasus is generally a powder keg for the Russian Federation, a region that will always be the Achilles' heel.

I believe that if something changes, the newly conquered Crimea will fall first, then the North Caucasus, Tatarstan, perhaps, and then the Ural territories. By the way, about Siberia. After all, the Siberians themselves are already delimiting themselves from the Russians, I mean the residents of the central RF. Well, that territory, the so-called "golden ring" - is really their territory. Let them live there and further mold their cocks from de. Or, if they want, they can develop and do something useful for themselves, for their people and for the world.
