Ukraine can "take" not only Moscow, but all of Russia, by showing the example of "broad and deep economic reforms".

This opinion was expressed to the "Observer" by the Russian financier and blogger Slava Rabinovich.

In the context of the words of Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov that the war in the Donbass will be completed, when the Ukrainian army will take Moscow, he said: "I do not know how about the Ukrainian army, whether it will take Moscow, but Ukraine can take not only Moscow, but all of Russia, if it becomes an example of turbulent, broad and profound economic reforms ".

The financier added: "Ukraine could serve as an example to its eastern neighbor who, having looked at it, would go out into the streets, would dare its criminal power just as Ukrainians did with Yanukovych, and would follow Ukraine along the way of such remarkable reforms ".

At the same time, Rabinovich stated: "I've been here in Russia for three years, I look at Ukraine and I'm thinking about it: when, at last, you can look at Ukraine with envy about the ongoing and implemented reforms. Probably, some time still it is necessary to sit and wait ".

"What is missing for Ukraine to implement such reforms?" - asked "The Observer". "This is a question that requires a detailed answer. But the good news is that so many things have been said on this topic that it is enough to simply take these recipes and implement them, "- answered the financier.

As the "Observer" wrote, NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov joked that the war in the Donbass will end after the Ukrainian army takes Moscow.
