The Verkhovna Rada was unable to adopt the draft resolution on measures to protect national interests, national security, Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, counteracting terrorist activities.
On the first attempt, only 202 MPs voted for the corresponding initiative.
At the same time, people's deputies twice failed to try to put the bill on a re-vote.
