Football fans said that the banner was launched in gratitude to Kharkiv Regional State Administration Chairman Yulia Svetlichnaya, who supports the new club "Metalist-1925".

"We saw that Julia Alexandrovna became interested in the games of our new club and considered it necessary to thank for support as best we can," said Artem Moshensky, leader of the Kharkiv Atlas.

He also added that Svetlichnaya often comes to matches of the amateur league.

"In general, governors in other areas do not attend amateur league matches, preferring a higher level where many chambers and presses. And she goes to our games regularly, then she genuinely worries about the team.
