Representatives of Ukraine, Russia and the chairman of the International Court of the UN Ronnie Abraham agreed on a schedule for further consideration of the claim of the Ukrainian side regarding violation of the RF two UN conventions.

This was reported by Deputy Foreign Minister Yelena Zerkal, representing the government of Ukraine at these hearings, "European Pravda".

According to her, the meeting on May 12 in The Hague "was procedural in nature".

Mirror explained that Ukraine has a year and a month to submit documents on the actions of the Russian side - this term expires on June 12, 2018. After that, the Russian side has exactly such a time limit for presenting the so-called counter-memorial of objections to the data provided by the Ukrainian side.

Thus, the position of both parties will be in court only on July 12, 2019. After that, the court must determine a new timetable for the parties to provide comments on each other's positions.

Mirror asserts that it is satisfied with the decision on the calendar schedule.

"The deadline for submitting the Memorandum, 13 months, corresponds to the common intention of the Ukrainian side," she explained..

In the near future, the UN Court must officially publish data on the agreed timetable.

As reported by the "Observer", April 19, the International Court of Justice announced several decisions in the case on the suit of Ukraine against Russia. Thus, the court recognized prima facie jurisdiction for the consideration of this case.

In addition, the court stated that Ukraine did not provide sufficient evidence of Russia's financing of terrorism. At the same time, the International Court of the United Nations has agreed to the introduction of measures on the suit of Ukraine against the Russian Federation regarding the protection of national minorities in the Crimea.

Also, the court ordered Ukraine and Russia to fully implement all provisions of the agreements reached in Minsk.
