The results of the elections in the OGG demonstrate the influence of parties in small towns, which sociology does not always suffice.

This was written on a Facebook page by a political scientist, director of the Institute of Global Strategies Vadim Karasev.

Karasev comments on the results of the elections in the OGG, published by the Voter Committee of Ukraine, as the only data from a non-partisan source.

"What is the significance of these results? It is about small towns that are not always available for sociology. We are dealing with a map of party preferences that is new for the domestic electoral field. In fact, the elections in the OGG demonstrate the influence of parties in the outback: the presence of an extensive party structure and authoritative local leaders. What gives a good launching pad in the parliamentary elections, "Karasev wrote.

The political scientist also added that the system of elections in the communities is such that from the point of view of the parties it is possible to evaluate only the results of the elections to the city OGGs.

"According to KIU's estimates," Nash Krai "is on the first place by party lists: 42 party representatives became deputies (17.4% of the total number). On the second place - "Opposition block" (37 deputies, 15.

3%), on the third - BPP "Solidarity" (25, 10.3%). True, there are no results in the majority districts and at the level of districts and villages, where, as indicated by pre-election polls and forecasts, the positions of the "Fatherland". Therefore, the results presented by KIA are preliminary, but indicative, "Karasev said..

As you know, April 30 elections were held in 47 newly created OTGs in 19 regions of Ukraine.
