The leader of the Radical Party harshly criticized the repeal of the law on the prestige of miner's work, which guaranteed social benefits to miners. He stated this at Dnepropetrovsk during a visit to the Heroes of Space mine (DTEK Pavlogradugol).

He was outraged that the state so little develops its own booty, but buys coal abroad.

"Ukraine will be strong only when it develops its own mining and metallurgy, aerospace, machine building, in which we have no equal in the world. Enough to support foreign economies - invest in Ukrainian, "- said Lyashko.

"Those who canceled the law on the prestige of miner's work, depriving miners of the opportunity to get a preferential pension, who wants to buy coal abroad, let them go down into the mine, kneel down and stand there for at least 6 hours! The horizon is 370 meters! And they are also Work in such conditions a whole shift! Respect and glory, you, the miners, for the hard work! ", - said Oleg Lyashko.

According to him, the work of a miner must be perhaps the most respected in Ukraine. As the leader of the Radical Party says, everyone who has not visited the mine will not understand this, because people work there often at unrealistically difficult temperatures, in a bent state, knee-deep in water. According to him, in a lava 60 cm high it is extremely difficult to move, not that to work a whole shift. In addition, there is always a threat to the lives of miners.

He is sure that the best miners need to be awarded state awards more often. Because these people, despite extremely difficult and dangerous conditions and small salaries, continue to mine coal, providing Ukraine with a significant share of energy independence.

In the opinion of the leader of the Radical Party, owners of such large corporations are obliged to take care of their own employees, since not only their profits are kept on the people of labor, but also the housekeeper of the whole country. Oleg Lyashko cited mining companies as an example, which he visited. According to him, there are kept their own sanatorium and a dispensary for workers to buy vouchers to other recreation and health institutions. "In short, the union is fully functioning. As expected, "- said Oleg Lyashko.
