Solomensky District Court of Kyiv refused to satisfy the petition of the prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office about the election of a preventive measure to the former People's Deputy of Ukraine Nikolay Martynenko and released him on bail to 15 people's deputies, Youth Minister of Sport Igor Zhdanov and Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission Andrei Magerere.

The corresponding decision was made by Judge Solomensky court of Kiev Alexander Bobrovnik.

In addition, Martynenko undertakes not to leave Kiev, pass his passport, and not to communicate with the defendants in criminal proceedings. The ex-MP is obliged to arrive at the first request to the detective and to the court.
