Russia, sending to the Donbass 63rd "humanitarian convoy", filled, according to Moscow, with child nutrition, pursues two goals.

Such an opinion was expressed in the commentary to the "Observer" by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine, the former representative of Ukraine to the United Nations Human Rights Council, Vladimir Vasilenko.

"Firstly, this is an indicative violation of Ukrainian sovereignty, a kind of way to tease Kiev. Secondly, it is a way of delivering weapons, ammunition, fuel to terrorists, "said Vasilenko.

According to him, the risk of further escalation of the situation in the Donbass from Russia remains.

As reported by the "Observer", Russia refused to participate in the meeting of the "Norman" Quartet.
