Holding an all-Ukrainian referendum on the fate of Donbass would be an additional factor in the split of Ukrainian society.

According to him, before being interested in citizens' opinion on this issue, the state itself must answer it: what to do with the Donbas. "We do not see any specific strategy for the Donbass.
