On the 1st of June 2025, important changes in legislation came into force in Ukraine, which will result in the vision of land plots under forgetting. Nowadays, communities are forced to use detailed territorial plans (DPT) to change the purpose of land and to plan the future. In fact, now the land plots under the forgetting can only be seen on the basis of a spacious development plan, which becomes the basis for the implementation of the chaotic forgetting and the fight against land raiding.

Olena Shulyak, head of the Supreme Committee for the nutrition of the organization of sovereign power, local self-government, regional development and locality, informed about the new changes. Vaughn noted that the DPT was widely used as a corrupt instrument, often in the hands of local authorities, and served to legitimize dubious oblivions.

Based on the new law No. 711 “On introducing changes to certain legislative acts of Ukraine for planning the development of land”, from now on the planning of the territory of the community must be carried out on the basis of a comprehensive plan for spatial development, which covers the entire. The goal is to bring about a more systematic and clear-sighted approach to land nutrition, avoiding the fallout of outdated or manipulative DPTs for illegal forgettings.

Olena Shulyak also noted that over half of Ukrainian cities do not follow the current master plan, including Kiev, a master plan that was praised back in 2002. In the past, to clarify the general plan, DPT was often used, which led to chaos and chaos in the city. This approach allowed the forgetters to discover loopholes in the law to push through the forgets, as they predicted the development of the zagal plan.

Natomist, a comprehensive plan for a spacious development that will be attractive to the skin community, allowing for a clearer definition of the functional zone of the territory. This means that the lands will be clearly divided according to the following purposes: for housing, industry, lighting, green areas, etc.. Private authorities and local government authorities will not be able to change the purpose of land allocations, in accordance with the established plan, which will significantly reduce the risk of destruction and corruption schemes.

Another important point is the publicity and accessibility of spacious development plans for communities. The plans may be open to the community, undergo an independent examination and adhere to the thoughts of the community’s scumbags.

In addition, it is necessary to control the forgetting process not only between populated areas, but also beyond their boundaries, including transportation.

For these communities, which have not yet drawn up plans for spacious development, having already begun to implement the local cadastre on the sovereign level, as well as being divided into programs for comprehensive renewal of the territory, data from which can be used for the creation of such. These innovations are intended to simplify the planning process and make it more efficient.
