According to the reports of the main regional departments of justice in the regions, Kiev was the leader in the real estate market in 2020 - only 79,370 transactions, which is 4.5% more than in 2019.

The outsider in terms of the number of transactions is the Luhansk region - 6,230 (- 2.7%).

According to the company Olimp-Consulting, the financial capacity of residential real estate in 2020 amounted to 375.04 billion hryvnia.
