The most expensive single-room apartments - by 5.6%, while two-room apartments rose in price by 3.6%, and three-bedroom apartments - by 1.2%.

As for the cost of apartments in the primary market, in the first half of 2018 they went up by 5.4%.

New one-room apartments have risen in price by 7%, two-room apartments - by 4.9%, and three-room apartments - by 3.2%.

It is worth noting that Ukrainians often become victims of scammers when buying apartments. So in Kiev, a fraudster forged documents sold the apartment of a local resident for 3.7 million hryvnia.

As reported, for the first quarter of the year, property owners transferred to local budgets 670.9 million UAH of real estate tax, which differs from the land plot.
