In Ukrzaliznitzі (UZ) in return, they warn you not to buy tickets in unofficial sources, they note checking and advise monitoring the site.

An even greater outrage among citizens is caused by the fact that many of these tickets are then returning because they are not used or resold too late. 20 days before the date of departure, the sale opens and literally after a few minutes there are no longer tickets. Users note that often resellers redeem them automatically - scripts, bots, fake accounts in.

Then they either wait for the “hot” buyer, or they return tickets a day the day before the flight, losing only 9 UAH of the commission, this allows them to intercept the same tickets again and put up for resale at an inflated price.

As a result, real passengers cannot plan a trip, and “hot” directions (Kyiv - Lviv, Kyiv -Odessa, Uzhgorod) remain inaccessible even a month before the date of departure. People cannot go to a funeral, a wedding, a business trip or on vacation and do not understand why this is possible.
