Kyiv is the most expensive city for life in Ukraine. This is evidenced by the fact that representatives of some professions are forced to spend from 50% of earnings on housing rental, and some cannot afford to single -handed rent at all.

This is evidenced by the results of the study published by the largest personnel portal. Such a study allows you to determine the level of life comfort for different professions in the largest regions of the country.

Housing rental is traditionally one of the largest categories of expenses of those Ukrainians who do not have their own real estate. And given that the most popular vacancies on the boards of ads are such as a sales consultant, cleaner, driver and others, they spend on rented housing, respectively, a large share of their income.

Thus, the most of all from the salary to payment of a one -room apartment (average cost) in the capital spend:.

But the cleaning lady will not be able to afford it, since the average salary of this profession is only 112% of the average rental cost. Also, for the seller-consultant, it will expensive to rent a two-room apartment-its cost will be 105% of the average salary.

For a two -room apartment in Kyiv, the driver will have to pay 72% of the monthly salary. But he will have to refuse a three -room room, because its average rental cost in the capital is 123% of its salary.

But due to the value of the migration of Ukrainians caused by the full-scale aggression, the value of real estate in the western regions of Ukraine, if it has not surpassed it, it was equal to Kyiv. In Lviv, the sales consultant will have to pay an average rent of 83% of the salary, and in Odessa-41%.
