Dii has added new services that make it easier for taxpayers to collect documents. We are talking about the opportunity to issue a taxpayer card online. You can also issue a child’s RNOCPP - a digital document that will be displayed in the application of one of the parents.

The Ministry of Digital Development reported this on May 14 in Telegram: it is from today that this type of electronic service has started working in “Diya”.

“You no longer need to carry a paper identification code (also known as TIN or RNOCPP) with you - from today, the e-taxpayer card in Dii has the same legal force,” said Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Valeria Koval at the Mintsyfra Summit in Kyiv.

These documents can be issued without trips to institutions, queues and collecting piles of documents. A few clicks in the application - and for the first time you have issued a RNOCPP for a child or an electronic taxpayer card with a QR code.

The ministry explained the difference between RNUKNP and an electronic taxpayer card.

The child’s RNUCPN is a digital document that will be displayed in the application of one of the parents. Can be obtained for a child under 17 years old.

Electronic taxpayer card - a document that can be obtained after registration of the RNUCPN. If you lost a piece of paper from the tax office or changed your data, fill out a card and download it to your phone so that you always have up-to-date information at hand. You can get it for yourself or a child under 17 years old.

The electronic RNOKPP card in the Diya application has the same legal force as a paper document. The electronic card in the application contains a special QR code with which government agencies, banks and other organizations can check the necessary data. You can also send a document to the desired address from your smartphone via Diyu..

Let us remind you that the taxpayer card is automatically displayed in the application after authorization in it. The number is not displayed immediately, because according to the law it needs to be verified. The “Verify” mark means that the RNUKPP received from the bank is verified in the registers of the State Tax Service.

If the document is valid, then RNUKNP will appear in the section. Document verification lasts from 3 to 20 minutes.

The Ministry of Digital Development was planning to introduce such a service several years ago..
