Rebooking of employees has been made easier for employers: what has changed and how to apply

In Ukraine, the procedure for rebooking employees of critical enterprises and the military-industrial complex (military-industrial complex) has been simplified; after correcting military data, an application for renewal can be submitted immediately, without canceling the previous status. Decisions on such applications are now promised to be made within 24 hours instead of several days.

The new mechanism should help enterprises that work for the needs of defense and support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to avoid personnel pauses and continue to work uninterruptedly.

Previously, an employee who had discrepancies or irregularities in his military registration could be temporarily booked for 45 days so that he could regularize his status. After correcting the data, the company had to go through a repeat procedure - submit a new reservation application, wait up to 72 hours for consideration, and only after that receive a final decision.

Now this process has been greatly simplified. If the employee has already resolved all problems in the military registration within his 45-day period, the employer can immediately apply to extend the reservation without canceling the previous status.

If documents are submitted by an authorized person, the application must additionally be certified by the head of the enterprise or an official signatory indicated in the Unified State Register. For businesses, the new procedure means faster booking renewals without having to go through the entire process again.
