The SvitloDim program is gaining momentum in Ukraine, which is aimed at ensuring that co-owners can purchase and install autonomous power supplies for their homes as quickly as possible. During 2 weeks of the “SvitloDim” program, 524 applications were received. Of these, 493 have already been processed: 155 have been submitted for payment, another 338 require further work..

This was announced on January 14 in Telegram by Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction - Minister of Development of Communities and Territories Aleksey Kuleba, who noted that more than half of the applications are refused - due to technical or documentary shortcomings. Indeed, most refusals are associated with typical errors in documents, and not due to non-compliance with the terms of the program.

To help correct deficiencies in applications, the district state administrations of Kyiv and the Kiev Regional Military Administration contact applicants to correct errors.

" Starting Monday, payments will begin to be received for 98 applications: the total amount is UAH 26.4 million. Today our program partners are Oschadbank, Ukrgasbank, Raiffeisen Bank, PrivatBank, Ukrsibbank, Kredobank, Globus Bank,” said Alexey Kuleba.

Earlier, the ministry decided that associations of condominium owners and managers would become consultation centers for their members - they would help prepare documents correctly and provide clarifications before submitting applications.. The list of documents is minimal - only those without which it is impossible to make a decision.

The main mistakes when preparing documents are the following:.

the address of the house is incorrectly indicated or there is confusion between the building and postal addresses;

discrepancies between the data in the application and documents;

lack of technical passport or other mandatory documents;

lack of authority of the manager or board to make decisions without holding a general meeting of co-owners;

inconsistencies when documents are submitted by one legal entity, and the house is managed by another, etc..

It is important that each refusal of the commission is accompanied by a detailed explanation, and the decisions are published in the public domain.

After eliminating the deficiencies, documents can be resubmitted.

We would like to remind you that the “SvitloDim” program began in Ukraine at the end of January.. It is aimed at supporting apartment buildings and helping to install autonomous sources of electricity. At the first stage, the program operates in Kyiv and the Kyiv region; later it will be extended to all areas where there is such a need..
