Returning tickets: the sooner, the better.

Statistics show that 70% of passengers return tickets only four days before the flight, which is why the railway does not have time to resell them. To solve this problem, a progressive refund scale is being introduced:.

15 - 20 days - 100% of the cost.

10 - 14 days - 90% of the cost.

5 - 9 days - 75% of the cost.

1 - 4 days - 50% of the cost.

Less than 24 hours ~30% of cost (no changes).

These rules will apply to all types of wagons. However, exceptions are provided: the new restrictions will not apply to the military, people with disabilities and trains running to front-line cities.
