Sense Bank began cooperation with the Pension Fund of Ukraine within the framework of the state mortgage lending program eOselya. The agreement provides for the provision of additional financial support to citizens from the state when applying for mortgage loans.
Cooperation is carried out in accordance with the Procedure approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 998 of August 13, 2025. An Cooperation Agreement and an Escrow Agreement have been concluded between Sense Bank and the Pension Fund, which makes it possible to direct state aid funds to compensate for part of the borrowers’ expenses.
State support is provided to internally displaced persons and citizens registered in front-line territories who do not own housing and have not alienated it over the past three years.

The maximum cost of housing that can be purchased under the program should not exceed UAH 2 million, and the own contribution should be at least 30%.
To participate in the program, you must submit an application through the Diya application, select Sense Bank as a partner bank and contact the bank branch to submit a paper application for government assistance. After a positive decision from the Pension Fund, the bank makes a credit decision and ensures the transfer of assistance funds through an escrow account.

During 2025, Sense Bank issued more than 757 loans worth more than UAH 1.5 billion under the eOselya program. The bank notes that the new format of cooperation with the Pension Fund expands the opportunities for citizens to purchase their own housing.
