Each state program will have a clear purpose of funds. For example, a “student’s package” can only be spent on school supplies, and “veteran sport” to pay for sports services. This minimizes fraud and will provide transparent reporting on budget funds.

The card can be issued now in the mobile application of the bank, even if you are not yet involved in any program. Subsequently, the functionality will expand, although some of the updates will require additional decisions at the level of legislation.
