The Nova Ukraine charity foundation announced the start of the Extraordinary Intermediate Financing Program for Ukrainian Non -Great Organizations (NGOs) that previously received financing from USAID, but now faced with its suspension. The organization will allocate 500,000 US dollars of grant to help the Ukrainian NGOs continue to work. This emergency support will ensure the continuous provision of vital humanitarian services for vulnerable huge.
Nova Ukraine seeks to provide grants for projects supporting civilians, veterans and critical housing infrastructure so that people can stay warm and have access to medical care and rescue services.
Who can apply?
Applications can be submitted by Ukrainian NGOs, which:.
officially registered in Ukraine.
received funding from USAID for at least two months in 2024.
expected to resume funding, but did not receive an official refusal.
revealed other sources of financing and guarantee that they do not duplicate the requested funds.
Priority financing areas.
Financing will be provided to projects that meet the following goals:.
providing medical and humanitarian aid.
Rehabilitation and integration of veterans into society.
to ensure the basic needs of the population, such as water and food.
Funding volume and validity period.
Maximum grant: 200,000 US dollars per project.
Duration of financing: up to 90 days. Funds can be paid monthly with the possibility of adjustment. Nova Ukraine can continue financing individual projects by its own decision.
Exception.
Financing is not provided for:.
State programs and support for civil servants.
Projects related to energy at the border or high power production.
purchase of military equipment, weapons, ammunition and military transport.
How to apply?
Fill out an online application, indicating all the necessary details.
Expect consideration - the organization will receive feedback by e -mail. Conclude a grant agreement if the application is approved.
Get funding - funds will be transferred directly to the organization’s account in Ukraine. Organizations that have received financing will have to provide detailed reports on the use of funds to ensure transparency and accountability.
